The Southern Belle is a little piece of the warmer side of the Mason-Dixon smack in the middle of the former French Concession. With true Southern Hospitality -- Happy Hour (Mo - Thu 2 - 7PM, Fri - Sun 5 - 7pm) --, a South-inspired cocktail list (think Mint Juleps and Lynchburg Lemonade), and a spacious Veranda in the front, Southern Belle is a bit of a throwback, a bit of an oasis, and a lot of comfort.
