Sotera LLC is a consulting company specializing in Trust & Safety matters and online safety policy development that helps digital technology companies to create safer ecosystems online. Having worked in-house at large and small tech companies at a time when Trust & Safety systems were in their infancy, we have first-hand experience on developing and operationalizing online safety policies, enforcement mechanisms and product features to encourage safer environments. As the online legislative landscape becomes more complex, we help companies big and small work compliance into their day to day operations and policy efforts. We like to develop connections with regulators, policy-makers and online safety experts in civil society and academia to advance the T&S goals of our clients. We are motivated to build industry-wide collaborative frameworks and standards and to contribute to the rich discussions taking place about the future of Trust & Safety.
