SOOT by definition is a deep black powdery or flaky substance consisting largely of amorphous carbon, produced by the incomplete burning of organic matter and causing a lot of air pollution.This polluting by-product has been converted into a dye which is clinically tested and can be used to print on textiles, paper and plastic of different weights and qualities. This printed SOOT fabric is available in different shades of grey with a unique rich texture. Reducing pollution is synonymous with saving the environment.
