Overview

Somerset Fire/Rescue is responsible for covering around 46 square miles with a population around 5,600 people. We are a paid on call department with around 30 current active members, consisting of a Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, two Captains, a Secretary/Treasurer, and 25 Firefighters/EMS personnel. We not only respond to fires, but also do fire inspections, fire prevention/education, rescue, and EMS services.
