We collaborate with clients to create business and competitive strategy, plan and oversee of strategy implementation. We are highly skilled managing the cycle from business opportunity initiation, development, through to maturation and execution of major capital projects in the energy sector, fossil and renewable. This includes decision-based planning, contracting and procurement and risk management. We also conduct investment appraisal for mergers and acquisitions, and joint-ventures. We follow closely developments in the hydrogen economy and are building a network to best serve our clients when they ask how to position themselves in this emerging sector that targets hard to decarbonise applications.
