Overview

Sojitz Motherson Industrial Park (SMIP) is jointly developed by Motherson group of India and Sojitz Corporation of Japan. SMIP is around 270 acres extent and located in the outskirts of Chennai on National Highway 4 connecting Bangalore. It has 60 well developed industrial plots with basic amenities in place.
