Founded in 2015 by @Cécile Thuault, Softbridge Technology is a research and development company in process mining. This field, at the crossroads of "data science" (data mining, big data, artificial intelligence, ...) and "process science", brings to light new perspectives for process enhancement within modern companies. Thanks to its tools for process analysis and optimization as well as customer journey supervision, Softbridge Technology offers companies to adopt a systemic approach through a unified vision where information system, business process and customer journey are the three levels of organization of a complex system, the company.
