We follow people, communities and organizations through a civic and social change. Our approach promotes the empowerment of talents, entrepreneurial skills and hidden resources both of the single organization and the territory. Together with the enterprise, we co-design laboratories, where employees can express themselves in a different way from the daily life. We use different design approaches, we tailor our method based on different needs (design thinking, participatory planning, ethnographic research, economic-organizational analysis, systematic design). We involve beneficiaries in creating our innovative paths and we test new solutions in order to keep improving the organisations’ capabilities.
