Overview

The Social Media Intelligence Unit (SMIU) Europe is a project by Alliance 4 Europe and key partners, designed to help fight disinformation, reduce negative impacts on public discourse, and provide structured analysis to improve the digital world. We provide secure services, giving access to social media and other analytical products in order to clarify and inform public debate and alert authorities/agencies to technological or information risks. Users of SMIU are able to gain in depth insight into digital campaigning, narrative messaging, and how information and disinformation enters the public conscience affecting real world outcomes.
