As part of this effort the Social Innovation Lab runs: - The Hatchery - Social Innovation Consultancy (SIC) - SILSkills To date, SIL, its consultants, incubated start-ups, partner organisations and allies have together been able to impact over 3.8 million people across the globe. The Hatchery, is an early stage Social Enterprise Incubator for driven social entrepreneurs who seek to develop innovative solutions to some of the most pressing local and global civic problems. The Social Innovation Consultancy run by the Social Innovation Lab offers tailor-made consultancy solutions services to mid-stage and mature social enterprises looking to scale-up through investment and partnerships, to corporate entities trying to quantify the impact of their CSR initiatives and to established development organisations looking for fieldwork, research or strategy execution partners. Our talented panel of consultants, extensive experience incubating and working with social enterprises and unmatched national and international network enable us to offer our clients the best solutions to their problems. The Social Innovation Lab also runs knowledge based workshops and events that include social innovation immersion retreats to Hunza and Tharparkar. These workshops and events aim to benefit social entrepreneurs in particular, and entrepreneurs in general to learn from the vast pool of knowledge that SIL, its consultants, incubatees and allies have accumulated over the years.
