Overview

Social Care Recruiting supports both Case Managers and Care Providers to take control of their recruitment. Specialising in hard to recruit for packages, both complex and remote. We take a client centred approach to recruiting, putting their needs at the heart of what we do. We support pre, during and post recruitment, assisting on queries and direct recruitment of permanent staff. We can support on a number of things; from evidenced research on market rates of pay, through to supporting evidence on why a package may struggle to retain staff due to the carers living quarters in the client’s accommodation, and everything in between. When working with us you will have full transparency of work done, only paying for outcomes in the best interest of the client (we are not simply ‘brokers of care staff’).
