Soar is an event and hospitality consulting group with over 20 years of industry experience. We are not an event planning firm, but rather event coordinators. We specialize in working behind the scenes to execute the perfect event serving as liaisons between the hotels/venues and the hosts. We also help Hotel Catering and Event departments with task specific professionals to lend a helping hand. If its just a professional to come in and knock out BEOs, Resumes, and such for a day or two, or someone to come in longer and forward face clients to help create successful meetings and events. We also have event design consultants and business transient professionals to come in and lend a helping hand.
