Overview

The establishment of this organization was felt on 2015, when we realized that Toronto East York and Scarborough has lots of Nepali residents as families moving from different parts of Canada. Gradually, it turned to be one of the major residential areas where about 150 families live in close affinity. Rapid growth in a number of residents in the area made each of us realize a need to make community events more organized, inclusive and participatory. Since its establishment on 2015, we are working closely with Nepalese community and local government to foster greater knowledge and understanding of arts, culture, values manners and social customs among the Nepalese Canadian living in the area.
