With 17 years of care experience spanning from mental health, brain injury, learning disabilities, elderly care, dementia care, and autism, we are a professional care company currently based in Southampton, United Kingdom. We share a passion and goal to support individuals with additional needs so that they can lead their lives meaningfully. We offer a range of service to adults with a multitude of care needs. This includes: - Community care environments including domiciliary care. - People’s home environments (supported living care) - Skilled support teams that can offer additional support and respites support for - - Residential care homes We support adults with a range of complex needs who portrays challenging behaviours. This includes individuals with diagnoses including but not limited to: - Learning Disabilities - Autistic spectrum disorders - Physical disabilities - Acquired Brain Injuries - Mental Health diagnoses OUR PROMISE High quality support for individuals to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life through flexible, person centred care planning, innovation and a passion for others. These services are made available by us to adults between the ages of 18-65. All services are registered with the Care Quality Commission (hereafter referred to as CQC)
