Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the facilitation of character, community, and culture amongst Asian Pacific American students, professionals and community members. MISSION: I. Character • To promote leadership development and opportunities for law students • To provide mentorship opportunities for law students • To prepare APALSA members for success as law students and as legal professionals II. Community • To encourage involvement, participation, and service to the Asian Pacific American community • To facilitate cooperation with other minority student organizations • To engage other Asian Pacific American students and professionals on a national level III. Culture • To promote awareness of the historical, political, cultural, and socioeconomic significance of Asian Pacific Americans • To celebrate the success and contributions of Asian Pacific Americans • To advocate for the interests of the Asian Pacific American community
