The clinic was established in 2004 by name Karnataka dental care. After more than a decade of long practice with more than thousands of satisfied patients. The clinic has transformed from a single chair practice to multiple chair practice. The doctor Mohammed Issak is graduated from the college of dental sciences Davangere in 2001 which is one of the founder's premier colleges in the country. The doctor has attained the skills required for the specialty treatment after practicing for a long time. The doctor has upgraded the skills by doing the post-graduation course in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics from KVG DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL SULLIA, Karnataka in 2017. The doctor works in a team with different dental specialty doctors as consultants. After the specialization, the name has been changed to SMILE PLUS DENTAL CARE. Along with the basic dental treatment, braces treatment also is done here.
