Smart Flight is a disruption management system platform for Airlines. Designed to be a flexible, easy-to-integrate solution. Our goal is to help Airlines have the right tools to reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction when passengers find themselves in very stressful moments. Smart Flight integrates onto the Airlines’ own platform to solve disruptions. Thus, allowing impacted passengers to access food vouchers, transportation arrangements, and hospitality services through the Airlines’ usual commercial channels (apps, totems, mobile site, website).
