Shawn served as a member of the Prince George’s County Police Department for 22 years before serving as CEO of a privately-owned security company in Washington, DC. During Shawn’s leadership tenure, his former company’s size grew from 25 to 300 employees with revenue growth of over 2000 percent in 6 years – and was recognized as one of the top security firms in the region by the Washington Business Journal as well as 3 years in a row on the Inc.500 list of America’s fastest growing companies.
