The Center of competence for smart cities is an innovation cluster that includes 16 entrepreneurs & 4 organizations for research and dissemination of knowledge that have effective cooperation on research and development projects. The Center of competences for smart cities will allow the commercialization of scientific research achievements of R & D projects and the development of competences within 2 topics of the Smart specialization strategy (S3) of the Republic of Croatia 2016-2020
