SludgeNet Dewatering Systems

Overview

SludgeNet's mobile dewatering system is an efficient & cost-effective method to dewater the sludge & solids generated at wastewater treatment plants. Typical waste activated sludge (WAS) generated by these facilities is 98% water which is transported as a liquid to a central dewatering facility where either a belt presses, centrifuge or drying beds will decant the water and the resultant solids are taken to the landfill/final disposal site. SludgeNet separates the solids and "gets the water out" returns it back to the plant & the resultant solids go directly from the wastewater treatment plants to the final Disposal Site (Landfill/Land-Application/Compost). SludgeNet a cost effective, environmentally friendly dewatering system which is quickly deployed, ‘maintenance lite’ which reduces cost and nuisance by minimizing heavy traffic movements by up to 85%.... the equipment is easily adaptable for Process Unit Cleaning.
