STA Limited was founded in 2011 by two well-regarded training industry professionals – Stephanie Ball and Andy Day – with the sole aim of providing high-quality relevant training and apprenticeships for organisations and their employees. The company firmly believes that employers want to see their employees flourish in their roles and this will happen by carefully applying the right courses and qualifications – tailored to meet individual’s needs. This not only adds value to an organisation, but it also makes the employee feel valued – the importance of which cannot be overstated. Initially focussed on providing qualifications in safety and security, the company has developed an unrivalled reputation for its excellence in working with sporting venues and is most recognised within the football industry. Having now helped many thousands of candidates across a wide range of industry sectors, STA has been included on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers. The team will work with organisations to make best use of the Apprenticeship Levy and assess requirements, locate skills gaps and assist non levy paying organisations in securing any available sources of external funding to help deliver the very best outcomes.
