The training comprises 11 modules of Image Management for 180 Degree transformation of the trainee's personality and thought process. Our Identity Management Program is designed for school students from classes 6 to 12 and aims at preparing them as brands. Our sessions help students to cope with their anxieties and fears which they face while growing up and to present themselves and their acquired knowledge in a confident way. SAI, unlike other Institutions, first finds out the present skill sets of students through a 3 Dimensional Assessment & Training Process. All these reports from Analysis, Observation and Psychological Tests are compiled into one and a final report is made. On the basis of this report the Research & Development Wing of SAI divides all the students into different grades and sections. The Training Need Analysis, Training Intervention Plan are drawn based on the requirements of each section and Qualification Packs are designed for each student with the objective of converting each student into a brand of the Institute. The Interview Ready program puts a lot of stress in building a favorable identity of the candidate that will make him/her stand out from the rest of the crowd.
