Overview

“SIRIUS GLOBAL” is the leading international NGO based in Rome (Italy) operating in the sector of education, culture, science and innovation. SIRIUS launched an independent apolitical global project comprised of three core pillars: (1) a Network of Leading Universities and Research Centres, (2) the International Research Hub and (3) The Gazette – a Digital Platform 4.0. Finding innovative sustainable solutions for local communities, refuelling knowledge through research projects and market analysis, empowering the next generations, exploring new multi-disciplinary approaches and comparing different systems are the reasons of SIRIUS’s creation. We aim at implementing and monitoring of the Agenda2030 and related SDGs. SIRIUS is envisaged to be engaged into two key human potential development pillars: Childhood and/or Early Youth Education (pillar I) and Adult/Life-Long Skills, Training & Learning (pillar II), while might tackle other areas through future field projects. SIRIUS enables the empowerment of the next generation, through national, local, regional creative initiatives and innovative sustainable projects worldwide, involving professors, outstanding academic fellows, public and private sector entities, partners and – finally and most importantly - passionate, curious and collaborative youth and professionals. The synthesis of teaching, sharing of ideas and constructive proposals within the Network of Leading Universities will be carried out with the endeavour to contribute to the success of the global innovation agenda, with the focus on the United Nations’ Agenda 2030 and related SDGs. At SIRIUS we will encourage and support the very best researchers and innovators that will benefit the society on a local, territorial, regional, national and global scale: we look up for leaders ”who can do, solve and create” better, together.
