Ltd. was established in 2004 as a business consulting company. Over these years the company and its managers have gained vast experience in business and were involved in dozens of companies and organizations from various types and in diversified areas. This vast experience of the company’s entrepreneurs and managers provides them with unique power to develop ventures and allows the company to carefully select ventures in which the Company desires to invest. Starting from 2008 and more intensively from 2010 Simplify! has been working to build a significant group of international companies in the areas of industrial services using the synergy between the areas of industrial cooling, water, energy and environment. In early 2014, along with the development of the group, Simplify! established an additional strategic group of companies. This group operates in the entrepreneurship, corporate value enhancement and financial investments in unique models areas. The company’s business conducted through two subsidiaries serving as management and holding companies. Within the two companies operate various business units in Israel and abroad. The companies are Yeshe Industrial Engineering and SIP Growth (Simplify! Investment & Personal Growth). The Group’s business advancement model is based on organic growth and entrepreneurship as well as M&A to extend professional operations and expand territoriality. The business advancement is accomplished in several paths that all synergy with the others.
