Simple Coaching was born out of the genuine desire to enhance the wellbeing of physicians, nurses and medical students in a medical world which seems to become more and more demanding of our time, energy and attention. As dedicated healthcare providers we constantly have to manage patients in multiple situations, some for which we were not trained for, until we tend to forget about our own needs and self-care. As a coach, a physician and an expert trainer in interprofessional communication I’m witnessing cases of dissatisfaction, disappointment, misunderstanding and loss of hope between talented professionals. It doesn’t have to be like that. Professional coaching can make a difference in these domains. It is a method which has been proven efficient in the business world to enhance performance, bring into balance the career-personal life conflict, improve communication between colleagues and with clients and consolidate self-esteem. My deepest desire in life is to create the highest level of self-awareness for my clients. My purpose is to bring them to the point where they will use their strenghts to thrive in the career and life they love, not just as professionals, but being perceived as valuable individuals.
