Kuruluşu 1989 yılında şahıs firması olarak gerçekleşen SiDelSa başlangıçta sadece fason taşlama işleri ile faaliyete geçmiştir. Zaman içerisinde artan ihtiyaçlar ve talepler doğrultusunda yatırım yaparak önce talaşlı imalat imkanlarını bünyesine katmış, sonrasında da gelişimini sürdürerek bilgisayar destekli tasarımı da faaliyet alanına eklemiştir.
