Overview

ShoulderSink is a portable hand wash containing water tank, hand cleaner, soap, hand spirit and paper at your fingertips. This gives you everything you need to ensure good hand hygiene in your mobile workplace. ShoulderSink is a Danish invention that is now sold worldwide. Shouldersink Nordic A/S is responsible for sales and distribution in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland). In Denmark, the National Board of Health states that hand spirit should only be used when there is no access to water and soap, and provided that the hands are dry and not visibly dirty! The Danish Working Environment Authority has issued a set of rules stating that all employees with mobile and changing workplaces must have access to hand washing. This rule is only observed for approx. 1% of the total fleet of vans in Denmark. The same is true in the rest of the Nordic countries and in most EU countries. In this time of corona, hand hygiene is more important than ever. That is why we do our utmost to help companies with larger fleets of vans to implement mobile washbasins to enhance employee safety and cleanliness. WHO, CDC, and many other health organizations recommend water and soap as the best solution for dirty hands. Handrub or ethanol are best used on clean hands. ShoulderSink is the only solution where you have everything in one. It is compact, it is easy and convenient to use – and it is easy to bring along to where it is needed.
