Founded in 2018 with the mission to create beverages that celebrate and elevate. Shorts Boy Distillery is an advocate and supporter of coastal rewilding projects. Our first product The Tidal Rum is an award winning gold rum infused with Pepper Dulse foraged at low tide in Jersey. Shorts Boy Distillery is a Brand Partner of P&O Cruises and in collaboration created Golden Tide. Golden Tide is an invitation to savour the essence of a golden-aged spiced rum, infused with coastal botanicals foraged from sea and shore – including Sea Spaghetti and Rock Samphire.
