Shore Point Strategy Group is an entrepreneurial investment company formed to acquire and operate a small to medium sized privately-held business. Our objectives are to acquire a business with a strong record and tremendous growth potential, and then lead it to new levels of success. We seek businesses where we can bring knowledge and experience to the table. Therefore, we are focused on businesses with expertise in Software as a Service (SaaS) to internet-based businesses. We are also exploring businesses with expertise in eCommerce, Mobile Web and Apps, Internet Hosting, Pay-per-click, Social Media, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO businesses. As far as business sectors, we are focused on companies involved in health & wellness, entertainment, gaming, recreational activities, business services, data & analytics, financial services, retail, social media, mobile technology, high technology, or marketing services. We also have extensive experience with real estate, and though we are not focused on pure real estate plays, we would be open to businesses that own real estate as part of their overall business activity. We are in the early stages of formation, and we are currently conducting fund raising and acquisition search efforts.
