After customs clearance is complete, the agent in Australia will contact you for tax and duty and arrange delivery to your address (If you want to choose a service including tax&duty, please kindly let me know when we make the quotation). 5. During transport, if the goods have been damaged or missing, we will make compensation according to your loss.
