Registered in Luohu District of Shenzhen as a wholly foreign owned enterprise, Shenzhen Clouds Energy Technology Company Limited (abbreviated “Clouds Energy”) is a wholly subsidiary of International Standard Resources Holdings Limited (Stock Code: HK0091) in the mainland of China. As an international CBM/CMM exploitation company with advanced technology, Clouds Energy provides integrated solution for Coal Mine Methane (CMM) control and utilization, focuses on technical service for CBM/CMM exploitation and utilization, and invests in running Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plant and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) plant in China. As a pioneer in the field of CMM control and utilization, Clouds Energy revolutionizes traditional method, professionally makes it to be a new industry that will solve the safety problems of coal mining, avoids emission of CMM which pollutes the atmosphere and creates additional profit for coal mines. We own a world-class expert team who have more than 35 years experience on average and 24 patents related to CBM/CMM exploitation in both US and China. For the first time Clouds Energy commercialized Water Seal Drilling Field CMM Extraction Technology globally that can be used for extracting CMM with high concentration in the existing tunnel of coal mines. Meanwhile we actively apply the frontier Under-balanced Multi-lateral Drilling Technology in China.
