Here at Sheger Cafe, we specialize in authentic, traditional Ethiopian cuisine and pride ourselves on the quality & flavor of every dish. Our food is prepared daily from the finest all-natural ingredients, offering various vegetarian and vegan dishes with rich and flavorful Ethiopian spices. All our entrees are served with fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, and injera bread (traditional flat bread made from fermented teff and barley flour).
