She Codes Too (SCT) is an educational organisation based in Iraq dedicated to empowering young Iraqi women in the tech industry by equipping them with essential programming skills necessary to pursue careers in tech. Through a variety of courses related to programming, the participants learn about their desired topic or area. In addition to the teaching, mentoring including on careers, is provided to reach maximum benefits for the participants. She Codes Too’s ultimate goal is to decrease the gender gap in tech. It strives to create role models by turning the participants; hard work into success stories when they reach their desired careers in tech.
