Founder, Greg Burkus brings broad deal experience and deep industry relationships cultivated over an extremely active 25-year investment banking career, including more than 15-years at Alex. Brown & Sons, Morgan Stanley & Co. and Drexel Burnham Lambert. Since 1990, Greg Burkus has successfully closed over a hundred transactions, ranging in value from $5 million to $1 billion. Transaction expertise ranges from executing sell-side and buy-side M&A, divestitures and recapitalizations to exchange offers, restructurings and high yield debt offerings to IPO's, follow-on equity offerings, PIPE's and private placements.
