Shape Talent is an award-winning gender equity consulting firm with a vision to accelerate gender equality in business and beyond. It is 2023 and we are 5 generations away from achieving gender parity, at current rates of change. Men are still 4 times more likely to make it on to an executive committee role than a woman starting out on her career at the same time. Strategies are designed collaboratively to dismantle barriers, create support structures and ensure that solutions are able to thrive within the ethos and structure of your organisation. DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES FOR WOMEN Our programmes typically run over 6-12 months and target the areas that make the biggest difference to women - and which are not usually covered in traditional leadership development programmes, such as authentic leadership, building a strategic network, navigating power and politcs, dealing with Imposter Syndrome, and visibility. BREAKTHROUGH COACHING FOR WOMEN We specialise in helping women reach their career aspirations. Whether that be achieving a C-suite role in the future, hitting the ground running after a promotion, or helping to return to the workforce after parental leave. We offer both 1-to-1 executive coaching as well as powerful group coaching circles.
