Our Vision and Mission: The poultry sector has bright future and wide prospect in our over populated country. We have good plant and we have good land. We have the possibility to expand our business in other related field also. Along with production of poultry and fish feed and marketing within the country, we have the scope for storing raw materials during harvesting season and for establishing Agro veterinary industry . We have almost all the infra-structure facility for this purpose. We have the capability even to export our products outside the country’s boundary. We have vast scope for expanding the business in this sector . We need honest , energetic fresh blood with wide and progressive outlook. What ever we have done and achieved this should be carried forward. It needs dynamism and strong will. Only then we can go along with the present global business. We must admit that “where there is will there is way”. Shalbon Agro (pvt.) Limited was established in the year 2002 having its registration No:C-45411(1884)/2002 dated 30/03/2002. Shalbon Agro factory is located on the side of Dhaka – Mymensingh road only 8 km north of Gazipur chowrastha centre. The factory is on 4.81 bigas of high land surrounded by healthy natural environment. The company went on commercial production in 2004. Till today company is producing poultry and fish feed with reputation. Its production capacity for mash & pillet is 6 ton and 4 ton per hour respectively. Since the factory is built on a big area, the loading, unloading facility of truck & cover van is wide. The company is run by board of Directors of 3 (three) Nos Directors. The management has a blend of well-balanced professional having long excrescence in the field of management and young well educated progressive minded Directors . The names of the Directors are given below. 1. Dr Mofizur Rahman Mollah - Chairman. 2. Engr. Amjad Hussain - Managing Director. Dr Mofizur Rahman Mollah: Dr Mofizur Rahman Mollah was born in 1971. Dr Morfizur Rahman Mollah is highly educated and very active person . The company has over come many difficult situation for his active cooperation and far-sightness. Engr. Amjad Hussain: Engr. Mir Amjad Hussain graduated in the year 1966 from BUET. Mr Mir Amjad Hussain has worked within the country and outside the country in various responsible capacities with the governments. He is one of the founder Director of Delta Medical college and Hospital Limited and Globex Pharmaceutical Limited. Mr Mir Amjad Hussain is very enterprising and he has established Shalbon Agro (pvt.) Ltd. on his own initiative in 2002. His long experience, far-sightness and his dedication has become an asset for the company . And company has over come many ups & downs and progressing every day.
