Unlike most migration lawyers and agents, our firm does not typically act in ‘run-of-the-mill’ migration matters (e.g. straightforward visa applications). Instead, we focus on the more complex types of migration matters, including visa cancellations, refusals and overstays. We assist clients going through all stages of the migration law process, whether by making representations directly to the Department and/or Minister responsible for administering the Migration Act 1958, applying to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (in both it's Migration and Refugee, and General Divisions), or appearing in judicial review applications before the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court of Australia.
