Life truly is a journey of increasing self-awareness, the actualization of dreams, and approaching situations with curiosity. There are new discoveries every day. We grow and change while engaging in relationships and sharing new experiences. But with change and transition comes uncertainty, sometimes struggle or confusion. We will experience pain and loss, even tragedy, and possibly get stuck along the way. If you are struggling to move forward, are experiencing big emotions, looking to connect and be heard, needing compassion or help healing, want to learn new skills or even need help problem solving, you've come to the right place. You have a universe inside you, and you are already becoming the version of yourself you're meant to be. This is the right time to seek a fresh perspective and get the additional help you need to keep going. Self-guided practice is about engaging and investing in yourself and your quality of life. Our time together can be focused, broad, longterm, or seasonal. It's up to you. Come as you are, and I will meet you where you're at.
