After years of working in residential real estate, running operations and selling in senior living communities, Jan Steiner founded Senior Transitions Concierge in 2016. Since then she has been helping families find the best care for their loved ones. What sets Senior Transitions Concierge apart is our dedication to our clients, and in this case we only have one client, you. We do not take referral fees from any communities or facilities we work with as that would compromise the promise we make to our clients: to find the best situation for their loved ones.
