The main aims of the Association SELENA Italy are promoting women's entrepreneurship, increasing the visibility of women's enterprises on the European scene and also searching for improvements or changes in EU policies in the field of innovation, education, access to finance, policies and networks. Selena Italy is already registered in the first important WEP Women Entrepreneurship Platform, based in Brussels (www.womenentrepreneurshipplatform.eu). Selena Italy has already established a productive collaboration with organization from countries of Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Turkey) and would like to extend its European network of contacts by participating as partner in relevant EU projects.
