We’re a startup incubator who believes that great companies start with the people, not the idea. Our focus on the people rather than the initial concept, combined with the way we approach identification, vetting, and development of pre-investment entrepreneurs, is what sets us apart from the standard incubator. It doesn’t matter what stage of ideation our candidates are in because we serve as the bridge between budding entrepreneurs and profitable ideas. || Our approach || No matter a person's business goals, we help them establish a firmly rooted business and provide the resources they need to make it flourish. Some candidates begin the program with an idea, most do not. We focus on helping our candidates identify the most valuable problems facing their industry – and then work closely with them to create business solutions. Our personalized educational experience is tailored to each candidate's needs: we customize the training, time table, and offer remote services. The education we provide helps candidates gain confidence in everything from accounting and recruiting – to design, development, data analytics and more. If our candidates are seeking funding, we help them stand in front of investors with confidence. If they're taking the path toward self-funding, we can help them make the right choices every step of the way. We believe in forming longterm partnerships and iterating until our candidates are successful. Our ultimate goal is to nurture entrepreneurs who will become tomorrow’s start-up leaders, with an emphasis on the qualities and assets most valued by venture capitalists.
