With over 20 years of legal experience with Merger & Acquisition transactions, we noticed a need for a more customized and personal approach for small to middle-market companies. And that is why we formed Seck Advisor Group. Seck Advisor Group understands that many entrepreneurs are not familiar with and may find intimidating the process of buying, selling, or implementing strategic plans within one’s company.
