Overview

Nature Collective’s mission is to drive a passion for nature, for all. We strive for our places, events, and programs to offer every human an experience and deep connection with the living world. Our vision is a world where everyone connects with, experiences, and protects nature. We think inclusively and diversely when serving those growing up devoid of nature, those longing to reconnect, and those who already prioritize their relationship with nature. Nature Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in San Diego, California, with a 35-year+ record of successful environmental stewardship. We connect lands and hiking trails, provide experiences for people to fall in love with nature, and protect the beauty all around us. From education tours and field trips to volunteer opportunities, we offer a dynamic array of activities for the community to connect with nature. As a leader in conservation, we work hard to preserve San Diegan lands, including the San Elijo Lagoon, and restore critical habitats so that native plants and wildlife can thrive.
