The School of Medical and Life Sciences (SMLS) envisions to become a leading provider of healthcare and life sciences education with a dedicated pursuit of research and service excellence. It was formed in 2021, as an amalgamation of academic departments and research centres from two previous schools at Sunway University - School of Health and Medical Sciences, and School of Science and Technology. SMLS is composed of five departments and three research centres: • Department of Allied Health • Department of Biological Sciences • Department of Medical Sciences • Department of Nursing • Department of Psychology • Aging Health and Well-being Research Centre • Center for Vaccine and Virus Research • Research Centre for Crystalline Materials
