I have been fortunate to have worked in many different fields of business throughout my career. After consideration and thought I have decided that it is important for me to share my skills and knowledge by offering assistant to others. With this in mind I am really excited to tell you about the launch of my virtual assistant online business. My business focus is primarily on providing services to professional lawyers, law students, medical doctors, or any business who needs assistance with the administrative side of Personnel management and Labor Relations. I am hoping to make a real difference in my customers’ lives and am looking forward to building close relationships with them. The services I offer are, but not limited to: *Labor Relations : scheduling of grievances and hearings, typing of minutes, set up of documentation related to disciplinary hearings and/or grievances. *Payroll to small and medium companies *Accounting *Administration, typing of, and setting up of Policies and Procedures, employment contracts. *Assistance with recruiting, typing and screening of CV’s, interview tips *Assistance to students with research and typing of thesis's. *Editing of any document I am working with clients all over South Africa; whoever has access to the Internet will have access to the services I offer. I’m interacting with my clients via the internet, phone, Skype and email – there is no travel time and geography is not a concern.
