Overview
A company run by equestrians for equestrians. In 1988, avid horseman Michael Libertucci started a business to address current design challenges and fill the needs of busy equestrians. Saratoga Horseworks first made it’s mark on the equine world by introducing the first ever turnout fly sheet. The company made it’s mark again with the creation of the Saratoga Bandage, featuring a unique fabric that provides unsurpassed support to the lower limb. Today, our American made products continue to push the envelope with unique designs and fabrics. We take great pride in our made in the USA label. Our products are not only produced in the United States, but are comprised of high quality, innovative materials that are manufactured in the states. Staffed with active equestrians, we continue to make seemingly insignificant design choices such as the placement of leg straps, or the reinforcement of seams to produce a quality product that not only looks good, but makes caring for your equine companions that much easier. Products are sold around the world at various equestrian and pet retailers and online at www.horseworks.com. In 1997 SHW began producing sewn products for outside companies. Custom Sewn Products, the contract manufacturing division of Saratoga Horseworks, has the capabilities to engineer, design, produce, and distribute sewn products in a variety of industries. Our company also has the capability to produce products requiring RF welding, and can brand a product using embroidery or heat transfer designs. Our strength lies in our ability to assist a customer in the development of new products, or even entire product lines. With a testing lab on the premises, Custom Sewn Products is able to test products in the design phase and make adjustments as necessary to ensure a quality product. With an extensive network of suppliers, Custom Sewn Products can offer clients creative answers to development problems, and put clients a step ahead of their competition.
