Sapphire Manufacturing is the “gem” among stainless steel commercial foodservice equipment manufacturers. We maintain a 170,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Bridgeton New Jersey. Our Worktables to Dishtables to Sinks and more, are all 100% NSF certified, except our budget sinks (SMSQ series). Features found on more expensive brands are standard on ours, such as all tops are fabricated with 1-1/2” rolled rim edge on working sides, hemmed bottom edge all around and reinforced with sound deadening hat channels. These hat channels are attached to the underside of the top with studs that are welded to the underside of the top, adhesive and stainless steel acorn nuts. Our plumbing line, Tap Industries, of faucets are NSF Certified and gas connection hose kits are CSA Certified. All Tap products carry a two-year warranty. The faucets are quarter turn ceramic valves and the gas connection hose kits include a super swivel elbow. What is the biggest thing that differentiates Sapphire and Tap products from comparable brands? We place a bigger emphasis on quality control. How do we do this? With our team of 10 people in China, two of which are QC Specialists that are assigned to visit our factories regularly, making sure that quality, fit and finish of all our products exceeds the customers’ expectations. Finally, our customer service is not only handled in-country, but in-house!
