Overview

Baijiu hand-crafted in Tasmania, using the methods learned in Moutai combined with the pure grains and water of Tasmania. After learning from the masters in Moutai on the banks of the Chishui River, we have crafted a baijiu using the traditional solid-state fermentation and distillation methods found only in China, combined with local Tasmanian ingredients and aged in clay pots for one year in the unique cool environment only found in central Tasmania. Sanyou is traditional baijiu but distinctly Tasmanian. The influence of our local grains, water and environment have created a one-of-a-kind baijiu that we are proud to share with you.
