The Independent State of Samoa is represented in the Philippines by the Embassy in Tokyo, Japan and the Consulate in Manila, Philippines. Our mandate is to manage the consular relations of the Independent State of Samoa to encourage the country’s international trade and promotion in the Philippines. This includes: •Assistance with local government agencies; •Advancement of business creation; •Facilitation of academic exchanges; and •Promotion of Samoan culture in the Philippines.
