Safety and Risk Consultancy Meesters B.V. (SRCM) is based in the Netherlands and has more than 25 years of experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry in production management, process technology, process safety and environmental systems. Broad experience was gained in introducing new chemical processes and improvement of existing processes in terms of efficiency, quality, safety and environment. SRCM supports companies that work with dangerous substances to improve their safety and environmental performance and to comply with the applicable laws and regulations. In accordance with the "Deming Circle" of continuous improvement, the following steps are taken: • Agreeing on the areas of focus, scope and schedule.(Plan). • Performing safety studies and risk assesments (HAZOP, LOPA, BOWTIE, SIL, etc), improving the management system, providing training, developing procedures, documentation, etc. (Do). • Checking compliance with internal audits and management review. (Check). • Advise on possible further improvements of the risk management system. (Act) SRCM can also perform investigations of accidents and incidents (FTA, TRIPOD-Beta, Investigator 3, etc.). We also assist in certification and auditing for OHSAS, ISO-14001, ISO-9001, GMP and HACCP and GMP.
